Returns
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
- Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
- Exchange Process

- Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged:
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide photographs and a description of the issue for verification.
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
