Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
    • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
  2. Proof of Purchase
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Refund Process
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges
    • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.
  2. Exchange Process
    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team at sales@hausandarbor.com
  3. Shipping for Exchanges
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photographs and a description of the issue for verification.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
